Chuck makes its debut at C2E2 for a Q&A and special screening of exclusive footage and a fan-favorites panel. Co-creator/executive producer Chris Fedak will be on hand, along with fan favorites from the cast, including series stars Joshua Gomez, Ryan McPartlin, Vik Sahay and Scott Krinsky.

Date: Saturday, March 19

EW.com posted the following Spoilers about Morgan and his relationship with Casey and Alex:

Q: What’s Morgan going to be up to on Chuck? — Laurie

A: Well, if you watched last night’s episode (and you really should have), you saw that Morgan stepped up to protect John Casey’s secret second assignment with the GRETAs (who are no more)! According to co-creator Chris Fedak, that somewhat speaks to the relationship the writers are building between the two. “We have some really funny stuff coming up in regard to the odd couple that is Morgan Grimes and Col. John Casey. It’s a peculiar decision to decide to room with your girlfriend’s dad. But they’re also very good friends and Morgan needed a place to crash,” he dishes. “Going forward, we really like the idea of Morgan as Chuck season 1, the guy who’s experiencing the spy world anew, fresh. We have some really interesting ideas about where we’re going with him in this season and how it all folds back to John Casey and his girlfriend Alex.” And if things get out of hand, it’s good to know that Sarah always has her tranq gun.

Fancast.com and TV.com recently had interviews with Joshua Gomez about Morgan finding out Chuck's secret and some general season 3 questions. Here's a Q&A from Fancast:

Q: Were you happy with Morgan’s reaction? Do you feel it was true to character?

A: Yeah, I was happy we didn’t get bogged with, “I can’t believe you didn’t tell me….” I think the fans feel the same way; so far, their reaction has been very positive. After all, it is pretty true to the character [to think,] “This is the coolest thing on the planet!”

Joshua Gomez, really, anchors half of Chuck. It may be the half of the series that gets talked about the least, but it is integral nonetheless. Chuck is basically two different shows - one half spy adventure, one half office comedy. Josh plays Morgan, Chuck's best friend and loyally lazy Buy More employee. While he may not be in on much of the spy action, Gomez is front and center for all the shenanigans at the Buy More. Morgan has had more screen time this season on Chuck, and we were lucky enough to speak with Gomez today about the current season and what we can expect from the future.

Last season’s strike-ravaged television schedule proved especially brutal for a new series trying to maintain a primetime presence. Thankfully, for Joshua Gomez and the other cast members of Chuck, viewers wanted more of NBC’s quirky spy comedy. That means this fall, Gomez will once again don the persona of Chuck’s comical best friend and co-worker, Morgan Grimes.Gomez believes that Morgan’s whimsical nature endears him to audiences. “You are that friend or you have that friend,” says Gomez.
Zachary Levi, who plays the show’s title character, says Gomez brings a special charisma to the role of Morgan that no one else possesses. “There were great people auditioning for all the roles, especially with Morgan,” Levi recalls. “Josh and I just had this thing. You could just feel it. To this day, I love going to do press with Josh. We have a very good give and take together. Sometimes you have it with people, and sometimes you don’t…Josh and I just get each other.”

Blast got a chance to talk to Joshua Gomez who plays Morgan on the TV show “Chuck” and hear a little bit about the upcoming season from one of its actors. Here’s what we had to say:
BLAST: So how goes shooting?
JG: It goes well. We’re having a blast. It’s totally just a pleasure and so much fun to come to work and work on this set because it’s a great set. It’s a fun set.

BLAST: Does Morgan get to get into the action a little bit (in season two)? Maybe?
JG: He gets into his own action. He doesn’t go out in any of the Chuck world stuff as of yet, and I don’t know if he ever will, though I’m sure he’d love it, between you and I.

BLAST: I think we’d love it too.
JG: Yeah. Some of the action comes to him at the Buy More whether inadvertently, like he doesn’t know, or like the rest of the stuff gets mixed up at the Buy More. And then there’s a few things that are like things that are specifically centered around the ‘B’ story and the Buy More and sort of Morgan and some enemies, but like Michael Strahan from the New York Giants, and he kind of plays a big jock guy or whatever and him and Morgan get into it. So he gets into his own trouble at the Buy More.
