15 March 2011,
The ratings for last nights Chuck, Season 4 Episode 18: "Chuck vs. The A-Team" reached a series-low 5.26 Million viewers with a 1.6% in the 18-49 age category. However, this is because of the implementation of Daylight savings in the USA. Next week's Chuck numbers should be back up to normal.

Too bad for the low ratings this week. I thought the episode was one of the best this season... It kind of had the feeling of season one or two--some goofiness, some drama, some chuckles.

It's a season low, not series.

And I'm not sure how you can just say it's because of DST. Chuck's ratings have been falling anyway.

How does DST have anything to do with the ratings? They seriously need to consider Digital (Legal) downloads like iTunes!

I just watched it on iTunes right now here in the UK!

It's No.3 in iTunes Downloads here. (Only because of Glee and The Inbetweeners (Which is very popular, and its a Charity Episode)

I really hope that the people at NBC don't see it as a failure. Chuck needs a season 5!

I don't think it has anything to do with DST, I think it has to do with the events in Japan. I bet if you look at CNN, FOX, and other news outlets their ratings went up.

It is DST -- there's historical evidence to back it up. Shows on the Monday after DST always drop. The unfortunate part of this is that this week's Chuck was really good, which means the show missed a chance to maybe increase its ratings. I would expect the ratings to bounce back to where they've been next week.
I always believe that a show had to have 100 episodes done for it to go to syndication. Turns out that's just what TV stations prefer, but not the minimum -- that's 88, a number Chuck can achieve with another 1/2 season order. I would expect it to get that order and to be held back until next January.

I must agree with Anonymous 7:01 PM: this was an excellent episode! It's almost like the writers have been reading the comments and feedback on season 4 on the Internet, because they seem to have fixed everything that was wrong with this season's earlier episodes.
