Here's the latest Chuck Season 4 spoiler from EW.com's Ask Ausiello coloumn:

Q: I’m in need of some Chuck spoilers to make my day better!

A: There’s a major twist at the end of next Monday’s episode, and it involves him (Timothy Dalton) and her (Linda Hamilton).

Anonymous on October 28, 2010 at 11:39 AM: It's timothy dalton and linda hamilton. says so on ausiello (if you click the "him" and "her"). probably has to do with the nature of their relationship, which hopefully isn't going to be a romantic relationship (they must have some respect for papa b after killing him off), but perhaps related? that'd be funny, since we don't know anything about chuck's family (with mom and dad always gone!)
