Yes, that's pretty much what it means.
As for possible marriage... Haven't you people seen the end of the previous episode :O ? There is no way Sarah would say "yes" to that, so stop with this whole marriage thing! It's not gonna happen soon and I'm quite certain that we won't see that in episodes to come. Maybe in back 9, if those get ordered, but that would probably means we would not see the 5th season :(.

I wanna know that as well. This scene is hilarious and I can barely wait to see the whole thing :).
what will happen is big mike and morgan's mom will get married because it says that big mike has big news for morgan, they will probably never get sarah and chuck married cause it took them three seasons to finally get together
