Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk) appears Season 1 Episode 2: "Chuck vs. The Suitcase" as a bodyguard named Gerard. An altercation takes place when Chuck and Sarah go to Milan, Italy, on a mission and encounter Gerard.
"My character gets sidetracked when he falls in love. He's guarding an evil spy played by Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova," Ferrigno tells TV Guide Magazine. "When Chuck tries to discourage me, I try to take him down, but then he puts me in a trance."
