The pictures below of Zachary Levi were thought to have been filming for Chuck Season 4, but it turns out that the official Chuck Season 4 filming begins tomorrow, 19 July 2010. Could this be early filming? We'll have to wait and see. Images: SpoilerTV.com

Zach needs to work on his swing...in the far left pic his head should be down at that point in his follow-thru. flash dammit! and it wouldn't be a problem!
Turned out Zac was actually filming a small segment for standup2cancer.
