Don't get me wrong, I love this show but some people really don't have the time to sit down and watch it so a lot of us dvr it or watch it later on hulu.

Im saddened that the rating are that low on what i believe to have been the best episode yet, the last three episode have been so awsome its made me stay up till 6am here in the uk just so i can watch it as soon as its downloaded :)

Definitely want more of the same.

y can't they count all the people who use DVR or totally watch it on hulu? I'm sure the hulu server has the thing where it says how many views it has gotten.

People with DVR's don't watch commercials, end of story. That is why they'll never be counted among the viewership by advertisers.

This is mind boggling to me. Is this all Human Target's doing? Wasn't it just last week that Chuck hit season high numbers? Where did everyone go? It hurts that this was one of the best episodes of Chuck this season, and no one saw it.

Honestly, I kind of wish that this had been the season finale, if not the series finale. *Spoilers incoming* Chuck stopped Volkoff, successfully proposed to Sarah, gained a niece, watched Casey recover, etc. Everything got wrapped up into a nice little bow. Now they've got however many more episodes to fill, with no bad guy (which they joke about in the previews). They can do one, maybe two episodes with Roan Montgomery, and then what? A bunch of monster-of-the-week type shows, leading into a season (possibly series) ending wedding?

I love the show, and I'd like it to go on, but the Nielsen families are so darn fickle. 2.1 one week, 1.7 then next, with no discernible change in programming (except for Human Target, which was on life support last I heard). NBC was willing to put up with those numbers, but will Comcast?

last nights episode agreed was the best of the season. It was funny how Casey was all better for the most part by the end.

Loved last night's episode. Wish it would count when I've already watched it multiple times. But can't ever watch it live. I have to DVR the show. Is everyone on board with the letter campaign to NBC for a season 5? Send those handwritten letters. Info at http://www.wegiveachuck.com/

This ep may have been good for a season finale but not the best for a mid-season episode. It's not the writers fault that NBC took such a long time in making the decision about the back 11 but I'm still disappointed.

There was soo much going on with the Volkoff story line and it was really good. For example, Sarah turning into something that chuck wasn't used to was a great story plot. It mirrors chuck's change when he became a spy and sarah wasn't used to that. Chuck was planning to propose but if Sarah changed because of Volkoff then they could have made him hesitant and that could have created some interesting drama (she just rejected his message on the plane so shouldn't he be mad? Not to mention she pushed Casey over and he doesn't know that it was planned).

And I feel that the proposal was rushed (once again thanks to NBC). First of all, we couldn't even hear it. Second, its at the most random place in the world. I understand that Chuck didn't want to make it fancy anymore but the balcony idea was great! Why not keep going with something like that.

But I have faith in the writers that they'll make things really interesting. Last season turned out good so I have high hopes...

Thanks Josh Schwartz---yet another snooze-fest.

Personally i thought this episode a
was absolutely fantastic, a brilliant episode that tied of the Volkoff but leaves him open for a come back, can't believe it didn't score higher on the rating's

wtf happened last week. Everyone watch Chuck live, every viewer matters and we all add up.

This was a great episode and I feel good about the rest of the season. They say a new story arc is coming and it involves a criminal mastermind and his hot daughter who gets in the way of a newly engaged Chuck and Sarah. While we wait for this new story arc, we will see Sarah belly dance and Carina coming back so Morgan can reject her. Alex's mom is finally making an appearance which will probably some how involve Casey. This is going to be the best season so far.

This isgoing to be long just warning!

Here I am sharing my thought with the Chuck community.

I thought last nights episode was AMAZING! A little rushed I have to admit, but I rlly never saw that plan coming together! Ya I agree I wish I could've herd the proposal but it was a great fade out moment (them kissing)! It was nice to see mama b being a good guy for once, and hea that she had been keeping in touch with her husband instead of just abandoning him!

I bet next week it'll open with

Chuck being all excited about the wedding . Probably thinking about best mans and wedding dates

Sarah still being shocked she's engaged (possible Ellie Sarah bonding- Ellie assuring her she's ready)

Ellie loving being a mom and hating it because she's so tired

Awesome still kinda freaking out! Having there days perfectly planned out and following the parent suggestions to a pin

this is going to be so great to see Chuck and Sarah as FIANCES! Hopefully we'll soon get into Sarahs family and if her dad will sneak into the wedding and her moms history! Oh and also I hope we get into the whole married under Sam (legal) or Sarah (true identity)!

I DEFINATLY think there is going to be a half love triangle where chuck isn't getting the whole Vivian is flirting with him and watch Sarah get seriously jealous! I bet Vivian ends up staying in castle for some bizarre reason or for info? The. While she's there they have this huge bombing conversation that Sarah walks in at the last minute! And at that point she is ready to start talking wedding seriously instead of just going with what chuck wants! And when she sees them together she gets mad, and chuck gets advice from Case and Morgan!

Folks the live ratings are important, but the real number come out one week later when they include +7. This includes all the people who DVR the show and watch it within 24 hours after airing. There are so many ways for people to watch TV today, that is the reason that Live TV numbers are down across the board ABC,CBS,NBC,CW, Cable ECT. Even though Chuck is not on Amazon or Itunes, you can watch the last five episodes on HULU Channels. So many who might have missed Monday nights episode at air time can go Hulu and sign up and watch the episode, you still have to wade through the commericals, but that find. Chuck is always number one on illegal downloads, I would not recommend that you can pick up some ulgy viruses. NBC or whoever needs to get their issue solved with Amazon and Itunes so they can get at least some money for the show.
The Point that I am making is that we just can't go by the live numbers we need to wait and see what the overall ratings are after one week which includes DVR. No doubt TPTB are taking in account the ratings, DVD sales, and foriegn support for the show. So if you can't watch the show live, DVR TiVo and watch within twenty four hours.
