actually, Nbc has said that is very comfotably with the numbers, because the show is really steady.
EDIT: OMFG!!!! Ausiello has already confirmed that Nbc are ordered not only 9 episodes, it orderer 11!!! YAY!!! CHUCK SEASON 4 WILL HAVE 24 EPISODES!!! Tnx God!!! Come on! now we'll have to start the fight for season 5!!!!

I agree with Pol.... we need to fight for season 5.... watch it to keep it alive... if chuck gets low ratings this might be the last season...I hope if it is, they'll wrap it up nicely, unlike what happened to Flashforward and reaper
