Mega Buzz's Mickey posted the following 'Chuck' spoiler about a Casey role in Season 4. Read it below:
Q: Do you have any Chuck scoop about Casey?
A: We'll meet two former members of Casey's Special Ops team. One will be as grounded as the other is skittish. They'll also, oddly, kind of remind you of Justin "I'm a Mac" Long and John "I'm a PC" Hodgman.

IT will be so awesome,I am prety sure casey will go back in his ops team ,like he did in the season 2
Q: Any word on how well season 4 has to do to get a season 5? Im siked for season 4 and any new details would be great!
Casey wouldn't leave the herd - ie Chuck and Sarah - but with his old troupe coming back the casey might have to unleash his "inner calm" hahaa to say the day or keep chuck out of trouble
