I came across a new DVD cover image which was posted at Amazon, and this image shows the individual disk pictures. Disk 1 looks like Chuck, disk 2 looks like John Casey, disk 3 looks like it's Sarah and the 4th disk looks like a cast picture or a picture of just the cast members who do not have individual pictures like the other 3 do.
