KRISTIN: "NBC BEING POSITIVE, STILL NO PICK-UP"

9:08 AM / Posted by Sheldon /

Kristin at E! Online had this to say about Chuck...

Sarah in Del Mar: Happy early birthday, Kristin! As a present, how about some Chuck scoop?

Kristin: Awww, thanks. I know you fans join me in being a little worried about the future of our favorite dork, Chuck, but Josh Schwartz assures me, "NBC has been as positive as they can without saying we're officially coming back." I'll keep you posted!

For Sure...chuck can wear out but it always seems to bring me back...At least give it a good ending...but I won't be watching NBC for anything else except maybe for 30 rock.

NBC has done things like this in the past. Like cancelling Stargate and Stargate Atlantis. They own the SciFi Channel.

Chuck better stick around!! If anyone is interested, I saw a Questions for Josh section on TheWB.com community board--maybe he'll have more to say about the future of Chuck. I think he’s also promoting a new online series called Rockville, CA, which judging from the promo has some of the same quick wit and amazing music that helps make Chuck so awesome!

I'm new to Chuck! Been watching starting 6 weeks ago and its pretty amazing to say the least. I will be picking up season 1 and 2 dvds. But for Christ sake, do not cancel this great show!!! Ps. totally dig Sarah!

BTW. Where are all the NERDS at when you need'em to hack the ratings system!

Chuck is the only show we Tivo and watch on a regular basis. All my friends watch (sometimes Hulu and some on NBC's site) and we all email each other and talk about it.

We all love Chuck, Morgan, Casey, Ellie, Sarah, Awesome and the Buy More staff. If it gets cancelled I would probably just give up network programming altogether. Why would they cancel a show with so much buzz, love and fan support?

Not like Kings or Life have half the love Chuck has. Chuck is better than Heroes as well. They do need to move Chuck...maybe to Thursday nights with the Office and 30 Rock. Make it a geek night!

I've never looked forward to Mondays until this show came on. Amazing and so much different than all of the other shows out there. Why get rid of something original? I'm guessing the replacement would be another generic show about crime scene investigation or something to do with a hospital. (House is the exception to the hospital comment; it's a great show too)

First Pushing Daisies, now I might lose Chuck? What's the point in watching network TV anymore?

I have been watching Chuck on Hulu for the past three months. I don't have cable so I can't help pad the ratings. This is the best show on TV and NBC would be crazy to cancel so early in the show's run. Remember Seinfield? Ratings can get better as the years go by. Keep the Geek! Its not everyday a show this inventive and witty is seen on TV. Love the Chuck!!! I must have a season 3!!!

I am also in agreement with moving Chuck to a different time slot on a different day. Thursday would be a great fit for Chuck. Must See Geek TV!
